DHA 7 File had been a bit over priced as compared to Plots in Past, like it is not understandable to get File in 25.5 If you can find plot in 31 in U Block or below average locations of Q and T Block, But there is very limited supply of DHA 7 Files so their price is "Fake", If someone is hurry in selling and no Buyer then Price can come low as you see now, If I have to buy in phase 7 why I would go for file, why not Plot. To pay 9-3=6 Lac in instalments is not big facility for all.
There had not been much change in DHA 7 Plots, But roughly you can Judge them by Phase 8 Files which there are quite a lot Buyers and sellers. I guess there should be some drop in Phse 7 Plots as well. |
