ISLAMABAD: Out of 28 housing schemes registered with the Capital Development Authority (CDA) in two zones, only 12 schemes are operating with valid no objection certificates. Round about 28 private housing societies had applied for the NOCs but 16 still without NOC because they have failed to fulfill legal criteria. The housing societies who got NOC include Margala View, Cabinet Division Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Al-Hamra Avenue, Anchorage Housing Scheme, Khayban-e-Kashmir, Multi Gardens, Tele Gardens, Soan Garden Housing Scheme, Islamabad Highway, Zaraj Housing, G.T. Road, Islamabad and Bahria Town Phase-II, III and IV.
