Regrettably, Bahria Town (Pvt) authorities did not take any measure for stabilizing prices in phase 8 despite the plight of its customers. Average price of ten Marla plot is 4,000,000 (Forty lakh) in remote areas of Lahore and I am not getting only 800,000 (Eight lakh) for ten Marla plot in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Bahria Town still deduct 20 percent amount at the time of refunding and refuse refunding at all in case of merged files/plot. They could have allowed full refunding of all of their plots for stabilizing prices. In the past, Bahria Town administration ensured me that development work in all blocks will complete simultaneously since every member paid similar price for all blocks in phase 8. They should keep their promise by simultaneously completing developments in all blocks of phase 8. Finishing date for the completion of Bahria Town phase 8 has already passed since Bahria Town promised to give plot possessions during the year 2008. Bahria Town administration assured me that they will give possession of phase 8 plots within few months. I have noted that Bahria Town did not consider complaints of its customers seriously neither they fulfill their promises in time.
