Do someone has idea about balloting of DHA OVEREAS BLOCK ISLAMABAD?

I visted there website but cannt download the ballot reslut file.

I called DHAI representative (First Choice Real Estate) here in London and according to them DHA overseas block is different and all applicants who applied to that all will get one and they will start informing on or after 15th November.

I remember there was advert on GEO here in UK, First it was about DHA Valley when applications date was closed for DHA Valley then they started advert about DHA Overseas Block, where only Overseas Pakistanis was allowed to apply (with Valid work permit or Overseas NIC) and last date was 25th September to apply and in that advert they mentioned balloting will held on 15th november which First Choice Real Estate confirmed today as well when I called them.

Rest Allah knows better but one thing is Clear DHAi did nothing to inform us.

Brother Fayyaz,

Did you applied for DHAI Valley Overseas Block 5 & 8 marla plots?
Did you got your application status?
Or you will wait untill November 15, 2008 for ballotings?

I have asked you the questions because I have submitted 2 applications, but my name is not in Unsucessfull or sucessfull applications?

Shall i wait untill november 15, 2008

Abo Ali,

Yes I have applied DHAI Overseas Block and they told me to wait untill 15th November.

As my name is not there in current list of Successfull/UnSuccessfull.

Read carefully, the below lines copy from DHAI side paste here.

1.DHA Valley Ballot result.
2.DHA Valley Overseas Block is confirmed booking.
3.Have a look at ballot results of overseas Pakistanis who applied in DHA Valley project. Held on: 24th Oct, 08 DHA Islamabad.

Result is: DHA Valley Overseas Block is confirmed booking no ballot?

Dear friends,

No confusion now, it is clear now that "NO BALLOTING FOR DHA VALLEY OVERSEAS BLOCK."

DHAI web site mention it clearly now & recent balloting result is only for DHA valley + Overseas who applied from outside the pakistan but for DHA valley only ( not for DHA valley overseas block).

Though there was some confusion in start when DHA web site mentioned worngly about ballot result as DHA valley overseas block but next day they change the content on web site 7 now every thing is clear.

All who had applied for DHA valley overseas block , will recieve the confirmed letter very soon.

Thanks for greetings. Truely speaking, i am not in favour of DHA Commercial avenue. Please don,t ask the reasons as i have suffered a lot mental stress starting from submitting a form till balloting result.

Please be Clear in this regard,
All who had applied for DHA valley overseas block , will recieve the confirmed letter very soon.Balloting will be heled only for corner and main roads.
