This guy Tahir Jamil had been sending e-mails with this BT-8 plot with demand of 10 Lakh, and an offer of 5% commission.
Now he has an offered his plot at 9 lakh (8 + 97,445), but the actual worth of his plot is not more than 7.5 lakh with everything paid. |

Dear! Good plots do not require such a lengthy introduction as being done in this case. If really it is such an attractive deal then why are you selling it. Please do not transfer the load to some one else. There are hundreds of plots of BT Phase 8 available in Pindi Market on very lesser prices. Possesion is not expected before 2011.
