Dear friends
I will be thankful if some one tell me about " File opening" in DHAI valley.
It is mentioned in the letter from DHAI that file opening fees is 3000 RS for 3 months. Please tell me that i have to open the file or not ? What doe,s it mean by file opening & what is the advantage & disadvantage of file opening ?
