DHA is asking for 27000rs as member ship fee per person not per plot.if u transfer ur plot to another person he again has to pay 27000 rs to DHA to become a member.
not only that u have to pay 1500rs for 5 marlas and 3000rs for 8 marlas as file opening fee after which file willbe opened for 2 months. in those two months u can trasfer and sell ur plot. after 2 months u again have to pay that fee.
Those who bought these plots for short term profit are in trouble as the first installment will be due in no time which is 55000 minimum

heard that you can pay the membership fees in installment, is it true? Has anyone paid the installment yet? What about the membership form? And what is the benefit of being a member to DHA? I mean, what the non-refundable processing fees for? And I bet the membership fees in non-refundable too and fat lotta good this membership fees will do!! If this gets me membership to the Jacandra Club.. then it makes sense! |
