What do you mean by 5 - 70 plots, where construction has started but you have not highlited them in the map.You mean another 70 need to be highlited in this map.Please clarify and must say good effort.

yes I meant 50-70 more then the presently highlighted.

How much money I need to be paid to Bahria for start of construction of ten marla house in Gulbahar block.So far I have ten paid file. I know that I need further Rs 210,000 as development charges. Is any amount addition to that further required in name of possession,utilities, map approval etc etc

By producing these map here, you have provided a great service. Please accept my heartiest Thanks in this regard.
Hope you will not mind if I say both of these maps are yet in process of CHANGE. Though these make many things clear for us but friends are requested NOT to make decision of your buying or selling considering this map.
I have seen the sketch of latest edition of Sector C, Bahria Town map which have different changes in it.

Kaisrani sab, when you say both of these maps are in process of change, you mean we can expect some change in Sector - B also, as one of these maps is for Sector - B. Please clarify.

I want to thank everyone for such positiveness and hugs all around :). There is a lot of construction activity in Usman Block, the new 10 marla cuttings in Shaheen block and the 7 or so houses under construction in Sector C have not been highlighted in the given map. A total of 3.25 lac approximately needed to be paid to BT in the shape of charges before the commencement of construction.

Arsalan thanks for the map. It is a great effort but it raises a question. I asked Husain Kaisrani a few days ago and he told me that there is not much construction in Ghori block but a lot in shaheen.

By looking at this map, i dont fin d much difference. The difference in number of houses is not much.

Can you please elaborate?
