Dear DHAI Experts:
I just want to know why the price of DHAI overseas sector are much higher (1 Kanal=USD85K as per DHAI website) as compared to recently introduced DHA valley overseas block (8M=USD12K). How far are these sectors from ISB highway? On the otherhand DHAI Ph2 Ext files are being sold at 9-20 lac per Kanal without any development charges.

you are not right,both prices are same ,but alloties try to refund from dha,due to this no sale purchase. |
