My house is in under final stages of construction phase in Bahria town. I am not satisifed with the contractor concerning quality control and charges.
I would like to know how could I proceed with the following matter?
1. Quality control of the contractor work via third party?
2. Is there any regularity body or authority or department or law enforsing departments where such quality work can be challenge?
3. Recovery of all excessive payments being paid to the contractor?
