My budget is 10 Lakh Rs i want to buy land 10 marla atleast and build house in 2 year time maximum shall i go for central park or some other society please guide me thanks

never go for central park, it development will finish in minimum 10 years and population will reach it in 20 :) go for BT Lahore Sector C developed blocks, just increase ur budget by a few lac, in thoes 2 years you will ahve a plot with a good market value and also u will have the option of making a house.

Actually i work at airport and i need to find land around that area central park is almost 30 km from lhe airport i personally went to central park possession is available there but facilities like hospital school and market not available have you got any other suggesstion then bahria town it is far from my work place.

Please kindly give me feedback about ALFALLAH town, KB society and Amin Colony its near airport i am going to visit these places tommorow i dont know the rate in these areas.

if u can stretch your budget, you can buy an 8 to 10 marlah plot in bahria a or b which can be constructed today

My friends thanks for your suggesstions and ideas.I went to alfallah town and guldasht town today on bedian road and new airport road there i can find plot of 5 marla for round about 9 - 11 lakhif you can tell me regarding this area like is it good investment or not////pls tell me
