Almost every oversea has applied in DHA Valley. Why U did not mention in your site at that time that DHA valley is not good investment.

Your sincere and honest advice is requested for oversea community who already put lot of money in this project.

No doubt post election was the era where a positive thinking would have given the same statements. With previous experience & future information, upto an extent one can project. Putting something out of context make things more confusing.

If people do not panic, still there are positive signs though not very much promising.

Once again, I request Mr. CMY it is better to give your view at the present market instead of nothing. We are waiting as per your promise.

I think CMY can give you opinion about current market condition, still it is very helpful. But no one can tell what will hapeen in future. Like no one knew 5 Moths back that Pak currency would fall 30%. So every one should take its own risks always diverify you investments in differenr sectors. And never regret if I would have bought this investment 3 yers back i would have doubled the money, When you were deciding in 3 ys back you never knew, what would happen in future. See the sure signs and ground realities. I did not invest in DHA vally, the simple reason is I had not seen the area and From Google earth satellite Picture area did not look good for residence.
In current situation if you stuck in 2 Plots better sell one now to soften your position. If you think it was all your investment better take loss and exit at this time. As at least short and medium term outlook is not good.

Dr sahib I have tried my best to tell every one to be careful. People just dont pay attention and dont listen. This is just one example of many warnings. I think I could not be more clear about warning signs.

DHA Islamabad ext is 100 times better than DHA Valley Overseas Block. Its was launched many years before DHA Valley and it was launched at more than twice the price of DHA Valley so DHAI 2 ext will get developed and handed over many years before DHA Vally.

You should buy DHA 2 ext for your older children and DHA Valley for your younger children and grand children.

Because Its easy to get more money from people outside Pakistan. They cant research for on ground rrealities and cant shop around for better deals. You will be told you are going to get better facilities than poor Pakistan folks etc but you will keep paying more and more for those better facilities.

akhtar my remarka for phase2ext,not for valley,valley is end of ext around 8 to 9 miles away from gt road after that phase 10 of bt,for investment phase2 ext is better than valley.

CMY please don't waste your precious time on these idiots. Most regular readers of this site know you are not a fortune teller. Besides some people due to their own greed have a habit of getting screwed as they never do due research before investing. Afterwards they start blaming developers. They should only blame themselvs. If not in DHA valley they will get screwed somewhere else like stocks, dollars, dubai, ajman etc

For all people who applied for DHA valley thinking it is good investment should be loyal to their decision, pay all installments and wait for the delivery of plots.

This guy says "Almost every oversea has applied". This shows his intelligence level. There are some 5 thousand sucessful overseas candidates. All overseas who applied were successful. Does he think there are only 5 thousand overseas people. Let me correct "Only the idiots and greedy applied". They are in the "some people - all the time" category. Hats off to DHA Islamabad and BTL for milking these idiots as they deserve it.

Dear Friends,

I will tell the truth & that is ,

" CMY warn many time to us but it is our own decision to participate in the DHA valley project".

So i think it would be very un-fair to blame any one & especially Mr.CMY that they didn,t inform nor warn about all these things. I am witness of all old messages of CMY & others in this respect.

Please don,t critise any one.

Yes it is correct CMY and Atiq Raja informed it in time, But still I think it will be No profit no loss game for Many years,, Dont estimate it with current price it may be even bit lower after 2 months but finally it will be at same as Cost, So no major Loss is expected.

DHA Vellay is good investment for those who want to keep this on a long run. This Project is not suitable for those who want immediate return. This is true fact that DHAI has given priority to overseas Pakistanis because they are real buyer not like other real estate agent in Pakistan who want to do business in term of file selling and buying and making money, off course for them its very pain as they failed to get their names in draw. I can observe most all who failed in draw are crying and trying to scare those who already invested in this project.

Overseas has invested on name i.e DHA regardless of Islamabad,Lahore or Karachi’s they are still reliable in market and there is zero % chance of fraud. We don’t accept from our army official and their retired management to do some fraud.

I know there are many society been sold due to DHA good will like state life -2 as this will be soon merged to DHA, now u can see , what happened its more then one and half year passed and nothing happened.

We have to be positive mind and should think positively. The best think in this scheme is their installments plan and I don’t think any overseas have any problem to pay their installments . All overseas have invested on this project for their children future not for themselves and immediate return. I still believe this is good investment for another 5 to 6 years.

My research is still on the way and there are many aspects will be published in future for all those who have invested in DHA Valley.

let me correct something here for you as well, before going calling everyone that applied for overseas plots as idiot, and judging his <INTELLIGENCE> level. A broader definition of "Idiot" is actually someone that tries to predict the future, like someone prsenting an "opinion" as a "fact". You, neither anyone else knows if its a good or a bad investment as you are trying to predict the future like -- "nostradamus". People call him an idiot actually and he is not even a self proclaimed KHAN.

Lets not confuse opinions with facts, as I will call you better names than just an "Idiot".. and can be more creative too.

CMY has not crystal ball and cannot predict the future. BUT, he tries to give us his sound advice. His sound advice can prove wrong and we must all be aware of that and NOT blame him if the market or world turns in another direction.

The weather men tell us to take an umbrella because their million-dollar equipment predicts rain. But, those days often see not a drop of rain.
