Future of NFC Phase 2,

I will be grateful if U inform us about your opinion for the future of NFC Phase 2. I have two plots. How much time i required for its development. Or advise me for better option if available. I have paid only one installement for development. When this society will be developed. Thanks a lot in advance.

Development is expected to start anytime now. We will keep you posted here. Once the development is started. Blocks A & B can be delivered for possession and construction within one year for. There are only few hundered plots in blocks A and B, and does not required long time to develop. Later on gradual delivery of blocks, E, D, C etc will be given within 2 to 3 years of start of development.

NFC Phase 2 has better and direct approach from Multan Road compared with other nearby societies like Bahria Town, Sui Gas phase 2, AWT, etc. Since price is very low and approach is better, after possession is given, it is expected to be populated much sooner than nearby societies. It is the best low-budget investment in Lahore if you are investing for 3 to 5 years.

NFC 2 is grossly underperforming, I dont know why they are not starting Development, Though there is no Problem in land neither any Fraud. They are exteremely lazy people, and they are not taking into account that due to Infalation they will not be able to do good development in 6 Lac per Kanal.
I dont know why sometimes good soicties also do like this, the possible reasons could be......
1. By decreasing the Moral of investors some insiders can buy back plots at very cheap rates.
2. They know that even if they develop now this area will be fesible for residence in 7,10 years, So tghey will have to Crpet the Roads again as is done by Johar town, Valncia etc
3. They are waiting for another boom or at least end of Slump, So that they can hit when Iron is hot.
DHA Lahore's Many projects are going slow due to same reason [No 3]
But conclusion it never sell it if you have good loation Plot here. It has location even Better than bahria, You will get no money if you sell now.
