i am very much afraid with future of statlife phase2
still no NOC from cantt. or ant other reliable authority .just aproposed plan from last 2 year. development charges are no so high aproximately Rs 12 lakh/ kannal how they will able to develop this society which plot is traded as low as Rs 9 laks /kannal . no member is ready to trust them and ready to pay in the name of additional development charges

Have u received any letter from the society demanding development charges? If so, please upload here, if not then dont make people fool. From where u can get 1 kanal plot in 10 lakhs? If u are so afraid then sell ur plot urgently and if u are unable to find any buyer, contact the society, they will refund u 100% of what u have paid.
