Dear Alpha to make 1000 Kanal plots you need 2000 Kanal land, take into account Roads, Parks schools graveyards etc.
dear Azad phase 8,9,10 does not have any Map yet, First these phases will balloted and then Map will be released then all files will be converted to Plots as per result, some will get good location others bad.
park vire and air aveune had been private schemes which intially had no connection with DHA, but now had been Taken over by DHA where all transferes etc are taking place, Now they are called DHA 8 park vire and DHA 8 air Avenue. But DHA 8 proper is still in File phase. |
