Dear All
Received a letter today from BT Mgmt asking to pay all dues (phase 8} by Nov.20 or face cancellation of allotments in B, C & D sectors.

Would appreciate a word of advice.
Thank you.

Dear "BT Lover", you love BT and you are reluctant to pay BT...?

It is possible that B, C and D sectors are ready/near-ready for posession and BT now knows that they can force plot holder to pay all dues or they will cancel plot and sell plot at higer price in market.

My suggestion would be check with BT wheather your plot is avaibale for posession or near ready, if yes, I would recommend that you pay these dues.

Yes you are right. Yesterday there was alot of people around in BT office paying dues. I paid all dues when a Dealer approched to sell with 1.5lakh own straight away. I did'nt sell it. Cananyone tell what is meant by posession. Do you have to build house within some timne. I mean what is the binding. Iahe plot in sector C.

Bahria Town claims the following on its website.

"Thousands of families are already living in Phase-8, Bahria Town and are enjoying international standard facilities within their reach."

Is it true? Can someone confirm where in Phase 8 are those families living, location of golf course in phase 8 and which sectors are good and which are bad?

I dont know if it is thousands but people are living in Bahria Homes situated in Phase 8.

I wish that people after reading information on this forum should not be misled since some of us take the discussion points very seriously and act accordingly as been happening in past. Please be patient about the BT 8. I have earlier said we should not be impressed by the advertisements being published in newspapers regarding possesions etc. Yes we must clear our dues but this does not mean that Bahria 8 is ready to have activities like a fully developed society. It will take another 5-10 years to come to the level of Bahria Phase 1-6 sectors of today. Do your investments very carefully since BT 8 is becoming HOT in the books of Property
Dealers(which is a dangerous sign) and some of them do mislead their investors for their own interest. Please do not act on the advise of your favorite dealer and form your independent opinion based on your own research. BT propaganda is in full swing to exract dues from the alottees and they are making various types of exaggerated claims to which may misguide the new investors.
