I want to enquire about the 7 & 8 Marla plot price in Izmir-Extension. What is the recent status and all the payments done with development charges?

Development is almost completed. Handing over should be somewhere between Jan-May 09. |

about price it is almost Rs.300,000/- per marla there at the moment |

Are you sure about the Price? Its mean that 8 marla plot will be 24 lacs? and 7 Marla will be 21 lacs. Is it possible that someone is getting 1 kanal in 32 lacs and 8 marla in 24 lacs? Any how i will appreciate your effort. Thanks. |

yes, I am very sure because Izmir Extension is at ideal location and has easy excess. You may approach dealers working in Izmir to get more details. I have few plots there therefore shared my information. Thanks |

Its mean that 7 marla plot is 21 lacs and 8 marla plots is 24 lacs in Izmir? this is the maximum or minimum. Like according to the location. Although i have seen the map overall location of Izmir-extension is nice. Almost all 8 marla plots which are few on 60 feet road. only some are on Boundry wall. |
