Is there slow Down in prices in Populated areas,

I am abroad for last 1 year not in touch with current prices..
I would like to ask is there any slow down of prices of developed and Populated areas and houses, I heard 2nd/3 rd hand Information that someone bought one Kanal House in Johar Town in 70 Lac, It is unrealistic price for me as one year back it was price of 12 merla House. Would someone update the prices in Following areas both plots and Houses

I would appriciate if someone recently bought or sold give us approximate idea
