For phase 1 to 3 Plots DHA imposed 50,000 per year No Construction chages this is in addtion to about 5000 Security charges, Whereas 12500 are to be paid on Phase 4 and 5 and 6 [after 3 years of Possession]
So now there is no option to buy and dont construct 20s of years, I guess this will negatively affect the prices in these developed and populated areas.
