Dear Aijaz,
Please donot buy as it sound on the higher side, with 18-Lacs you can buy 1-Kanal plot in Bahria Phase-8, easily.

BT PH-7 ready for construction plots available between 15-24 lacs. Construction of about 8-10 houses are in progress. The price varies with the location of plots. Some of the plots are in depressed areas, Main Boulevard and so on.
Before making the deal you have to see the plot for yourself. I have visited the phase number of times to select one plot for myself finally I succeeded.
