in a newspaperhe devloper state life housing society has praised a lot about phase II and malik muberik. it seems that it is published by malik muberik himself. any how i wish to now about various statement s of mr muberik.
1. new 200 feet roads proposed.
2 development work for phase ii on full swing. will complete in 3 years.
3. some plots are in 200 and newly proposed 150 roads. if the owner want ecan take his money back or can have substituted plot.
5. it will be best housign society in asia.
many parks in society.
etc etc.
but i could not understand when there is noapproved map how he can start development work. according to him registeries of man polts had been submitted to lda for society approval.
if any one ahve latest info not absed on rumers plz let me know. thnks
