Hi all, having won one plot in DHA valley i have not received my letter but went to website adn saw the sample sample letter and noticed that payment plan for overseas pakistani's are converted in USD,
Is this correct that going forwarfd i have to pay in USD vs pak rs, if yes this is crap coz original payment plan was in PAK RS, appericate otherseas to shed some light,
Remember i am not refering to DHA Overseas valley

ye zulam nai to or kiya hay, The valley is 35 Km from Zero Point Islamabad.
10 km from KRL, 20km from Gujarkhan?
DHA say DHAI Valley overseas.
The valley is out side of urban limit of islamabad?

DHAI has earned lot of money from this project.They are able to make Jungle in Mangal. Still if it is 35 KM from zero point but still sournded beautiful mountain.Once u hv all facilities which they promised in their web site then idea place to live- aways from polution and traffic sound. But wait for atleast 6 years. |

Dear Irf sahab,
I will definitely deposit the 1st installment in Pak Rs though i have recieved the letter with US$ schedule from DHAI which i think they sent mistakenly.
Secondly, it is clear by all means that DHA Vally plot owners even overseas was paid in Pak Rs when submiited the form, so no need to worry & deposit in ruppes.
