Doctor Sahib, I dont know what are your Plans if you want to make house better go for Phase 6 in Your Budget, If you want home in 5 or want to invest for 3 years years goto DHA 7 P Q and S,T Blocks, It does not mean that possession will be availbe in 5 ys, You may get possession in these blocks in max 2 years but real living condtions like you see in phase 5 or 4 ,may come in 7 years. Once possession is there and there are some houses rates increase.
Dont under estimate the difference in Good and bad Blocks of phase 7 as differnce may be 4 lac today and 14 lac in 2 ys, X bock is 5 KM away from P and Q Blocks which are on existing Roads
In T Block take care you plot is not on Village [encrachment] someone has nicely marked encroachments on wikimapia. These plots will either have possession later or will be relocated. If I am looking Plot in this budget 30.5 then I shall add 2,3 Lacs and find in T Block or Q Block. Prices are right till this time act faster. If you are abroad try to reach before eid. Also have look of valancia and bahria sector B may be these will suit you better.
