I have the 35-lac in cash and I want to buy a small house ( let,s say 5-marla) in Islamabad or surrounding area, which is very near to islamabad.

one of my colleuge said, the PIA colony, Peshawar road RWP is the best option?

In 3.5 Million, you can buy a house only in suburbs or somewhere not in good area. You will have to increase your budget a bit more. Choice is of course yours. |
