Dear Folks
I amn reading very disappointing material in news paper an din genel discussion that Pakistan has no scope , it would be become junk and its is better to get teh money out from here . Look see what happened in UAE markets , there is severe crunch in property prices and real estate is going down. every one is selling studio apartments , flats etc and their is high sales pressure. People invested there have also bear losses in that market which was considered to be unparralel in growth.
I would request to my brothers and sisters who are living abroad to show their pakistani spirit and nationality and bring the money back in country and invest whereever thay want in real estate, construction or in any industry. The problem is that people dont trust their ownself. If Situation is poor in Pakiatn , dont you think ,it is not the same in USA where large transnational corporation are going to default and Governmnet is giving them bail out package.American are not running any where , so please focus on our own home land and deliver in the form of valus and efforts. Kindly dont consider it a lecture or sermon , it is reality that we have tough time and tough time comes in lives of nations and escape is not solution.
