Folks, can someone please advsie what is the status of DHA Valley Overseas block, on website there is link of confirmatioin letter when i type in my NIC it says no records, have they issued letters of confirmation or what is happening? thanks

It took me three days of continous calling to talk to somebody in person. The reply which was not very courteous at all, was that only 10% applicants info is online. As per them "BE PATIENT AND YOU WILL GET YOUR INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE IN A WEEK". At other point they took all of personal details and told me that I will get an e-mail in a day with all information reuqired. I am still waiting for that e-mail since last 10 days. I guess the only thing we can do is wait, till the time they figure out what they have to do. Best of luck |

quite disorganized, if DHA is like this i wonder how the ordinary stuff will be but some of ordinary i guess is lot better |

Brother wait, they have more than 12000 applicants, they prepared letters.
1. Scan, save as proper format eg. gpeg or mpeg.
2. upload on webpace.
3. despatch the letter by mail.
they are human being give them some time to complete their job |

I am fully agree with Mr Khan, and this is the tragedy of our people and heads of the deportment always recruited without merit.
Mr Akhtar ! I think you know better that if things are in systematic mail can pass to thousands people only by one click.
DHA charging different form fee by def size what different effort energy need for 8 Marla & 5 Marla (This clearly cheating )I can challenge This fraud BY DHA specially DHAI is blackmailing the trust of pakistanis on DHA that there will no double plots in one name and development will be better that two weak point has been used by Army management.I will write same message to chore directors and chairman of the DHAI.I am requesting all my friends to write the problems to dhai management on the address given on DHAi web site.CMY is helping us a lot about marketing ,guiding us the regulations, giving us detail of prices and helping us in making deal or agreement but he alone canot change the mind set of DHA management we all should help him in this regard, |

But Sahib, you are 100% right. DHAI is cheating i have seen 5 plots in same name, 3 plots in the same name.
We are lucky if they refund our deposits.

DHA has now been ganged up with Malik Riaz and these fools will only come to know when they had faced the music from him!
DHA has just started earning naming and shaming and it would not be long when they will find themselves in the situation, BT is experiencing now, at least in Rawalpindi.
How can they develop 45,000 plots and thousands of Villas within the time frame, they are promising?
Phase-2 Ext has to be developed first and then phase-3 will come online. The good old greed will get DHA, if they keep working under the instructions of BT. I am expecting another "Taj Mahal" announcemetn from DHA now! |
