Dear CMY please also explain how is stamp duty is being paid like bying old type Stamp Papers or depositing in some Bank like CVT, Secondly pls also explain if Some one Got plot transferred after July 2008 and already got intimation letter, then still stamp duty is payable on those purchases?? As rule was not finalized til that time but i remember they got one undertaking signed that if some new Tax would come that should be paid
