I want to sell my 500 sq yds plot in DHA naval anchorage extension scheme islamabad.It is merged in dha islamabad and is opposite to DHA Islamabad PH II on the Islamabad Highway.
I have paid Rs.600,000/. The remaining 10,00,000/-are to be paid by the purchaser. This obviously includes the developments charges.I am asking 900,000/- excluding the paid money.If any one interested please contact at my e mail address.

9 lacs excluding the paid money means 9 + 6 (paid money) + 10 (remaining to be paid by purchaser) = 25 Lacs.
It is really not the worth of a plot that is yet to be developed, in how many years we don't know. |
