Price of commercial Plots,

Dear CMY, there had been less dicussion about Commercial plots in DHA, would you tell what are prices of DHA phase 7 Q Block commercial plots 4 merla and 8 merla, I would also appreciate if you tell when these plots were alloted to who, How accurate the prices are these commercial plots and how they had been fluctuating as compared to residentail plots,,
I estimate in coming 20 years DHA 7 and 8 will be hot trading areas of DHA and first commercial which might Pick will be either Q Block Phase 7 or DHA Raya, 2nd being more expensive, dealers might revert to Phase Phase 7 Q, all depends where DHA lahore want to open 2nd transfer Office, DHA Broadway may take some time.
