I called Lahore to get data about cuase of Market weakness in DHA Lahore In last 2 weeks , The main reason of DHA file 8 Fall is there are almost no buyers for DHA 8 in market, Even speculator "Biana Buyers" also dont look very interested,
On the other hand Following situation was observed in plots Market
Lower end Market In phase 7 like x y Z blocks is weak about 1,2 lac
Middle end market Like T,Q,P and S is only low 1 lac
Lower end phase 6 almost no change
Higher end in Phase 6 and 10 merla about 3 to 4% Low
It looks that dealers are anticipating more buyers of Plots and prices of Plots are less affected as compared to files.
