I learnt that DHA -8 is the smallest phase and contain 3000 plots approximately and
I know number of people holding DHA-8 file to get plot and construct their sweet home.
But from where all these more files are coming and prices are getting dropped.You will agree, when there are limited numbers the price should go high.
Is DHA trying to stretch it further ? or what ?
More over this is the prime area and focus of buyers and investors what is the delay in balloting since DHA will get enhance by many folds its value and impression from air port side.
Is it not true by not giving the balloting date the DHA role is doubtful and looks like any other developer who does not care for their customers but let them ripped.
