Dear CMY sahib and respected team

Please could you coment on DHA 7 phase, plots have depreciated and I believe it is the best investment in lahore for a plot you can see on ground.

The question I have is abit vague and difficult for anyone. You have much experience of DHA working and the realestate market in general.

When will handover be given for blocks R,S,P,Q and when will there be some stability in price or an increase could you comment in both short and long terms.

Also once handover is given should we expect to see a surge in prices please comment.
