Dear Arshad,

I was in the same boat as you but found overseas enclave to be too pricy. If you buy from Bahria directly I recall it was around $70K. Phase 8 is right next to it and pretty much the same with 1/3rd the price. My brotherly advice is to buy in phase 8 but it is your call of course

you can get a 1k plot in Phase 8 around 18-20K. For overseas block, it cost us 35K. Obviously Phase 8 and overseas block are not same. In Overseas block there are quite few outstanding feature:

- the largest man made lake in Pakistan , the Eden Lake ; spanning the area of 13,000 kanal has also started

Mini Zoo
Playground
Mosques
Restaurants
Market
Soan Square with motif paving pattern, water features, perimeter landscape, gathering areas, landscape furniture & adequate lighting
Gymnasium complex with swimming pools
