Dear Khan you may disgree with CMY's Posted rates and any one can comment on that, I found those rates quite useful, especially deal of day type of price. When such an ad comes you should see location of such plot on map later it can help you to quote price of another plot doing some plus or Minus.

Goto Block prices on Main page 3 to 4 Lowest prices
In Jang classified ad with plot number and demand
In Jang Classified final/last demand..
Sometime people dont know worth of thier plot and they are living in Fairy land, one of my friend living in Gulf is having a plot in DHA phase 7 Q Block Good Location Plot, before going to Pakistan I called him to know worth of his plot [not as a buyer just for guidence], he told me that he was in touch with market and worth of his plot should be 44, 2 weeks later I bought a plot 3rd to him in same lane in 33 Lac.
Point is Mr Khan did not mention what he thinks CMY is quoting too low or too high price, possibly he is a holder and wishes price would be much higher. |
