Got a phase 9/10 file and a 10 marla plot in janiper sector c bahria town.

Keep them or sell them ? (...as neither can build a house nor see their prices increasing )

TM Sahib,
Some one on this forum mentioned that DHA had given the land of phase 9/10 for 10 years lease to farmers in 2006, so there is no possibility for any development to start before 2016.

Not sure about this news, any one knows about this? Please comment
