Dear forum,i would appreciate your valuable openions.They say *Realism is begning of wisedom*.
My point is people are still demanding high prices for their plots/houses.
Good old days of boom are gone and are not gonna be back for next few years,this is my own humble openion.
I too have properties , though i am not selling them but i do know how much have they lost.
With all due respect to CMY and seller,plot of B block DHA Ph 7,demanding 68 lakh.I think this plot would not attract more than 50 lakh in 2009.
CMY sahib is a nice and honest man.If he ask forum to put reasonble offers,he should also ask seller to put reasonable demand.

AQ B 317 corner is now sold. May be it will be 50 lacs in 2009 and may be it will be 75 lacs in 2009. No one know it for sure where it will be in future but for now it was a very reasonable demand by sellers. People demand 70 to 75 lacs in B and H block corners and this guy was demanding only 68 lacs.

I wish very best of luck to both buyer and seller.CMY you are right no one knows for sure, about market direction for year 2009.However an educated guess,if any one apply, things are very clear. |
