Why price of phase8 proper file is decreasing, while parkview is still constant. Any idea of phase 8 balloting! Should I keep it or sell, if there is no more difference in proper and parkview file. Thanks!

Honestly no idea, I dont want to decrease yhe moral of small investors of DHA 8, But as per some news some big parties are stuck in DHA 8, when they will offload the price can be further low, 2nd problem as per some insider is more files and less Land, Ideally there should be 100 Files if there is land for 250 Plots.
Equation is
400 kanal Raw land = 100 Files
400 Kanal Raw land = 250 plots
Why there seems more files than this in Market only DHA adminstration can tell. |

Most files in DHA 8 proper are at 400 kanal Raw land = 100 Files
but many files are adjusted at 800 kanal Raw land = 100 Files because a lot of area in DHA 8 is owned by Govt of Pakistan and leased to farmers and military for dairy farms and possession holders get only one file for handing over 8 kanal land possession to DHA Lahore.
i am not aware of any 400 Kanal Raw land = 250 plots formula. I am also not aware of any large number of files in DHA phase 8 proper. I have not seen any file number above 7000 at this time. |
