Thanks for the comments on 41376. One thing is clear that there are problems with file mapping land in dha 8 and park view. What I dont understand is that the price of pv file must drop in line with the drop of proper phase 8. This means we should also see drop in pv file by 5~6 lac. But that is not the case. What could be the reason for this? Does PV has no land/file issue?

ZSA, Price of DHA-8 proper should have been same as PV-8 file. Back in 2007 prices of DHA-8 proper and PV were not too far apart. I believe DHA-8 proper was around 40 lacs and PV was around 38.5 laks. Then there was a rumer in the market that PV files may not have enough land or may be adjusted accross berki road, which led to price of PV to drop significantly.
People are now comming to realization that there is not much difference between DHA-8 propoer and PV files. |
