Dear Asim, You never told that how complete you apartment is Like How much work is Finished, My brotherly advise is.
If look ready to live ask about 2.5 Lac profit
If only structure made sell at par.
If less then that sell on modest loss.
If work is only at ground level and developer gives you option to quit at 5% Loss still it is good. {But I am sure they will not give this ption or will give you post dated checks]
I Have spent more than 2 Hours Visting that project, I saw thier price and at that time a deal of Johar Town house 5 Merla was in my hand it was 2 years old and only in 34 In D Block, It looked a mad idea to buy in Eden if you compare both areas. I think you guys dont do good survey before deciding investment. |

Bro Jameel, I need to check this with my brother, as I am not in pakistan but at the time of booking eden said, they will deliver it in Dec 2009, I hope they are on schedule :) |
