It has several pictures of current development of FAZAIA and current status. Pictures of beautiful main blvd along with lightings installed in median. Two beautiful water tanks that are almost complete. Beautifully designed main gate that is also almost complete. Pictures of sewerage/flood system being installed. Picture of boundry wall that is almost complete as well.

It appears that FAZAIA is delivering on providing superb quality development as it was promised by air marshal during ground breaking ceremoney 2 years ago. I believe Fazaia will turn out to be best housing society in Thoker Raiwind and Thoker NFC-2 areas, especially when ring road in completed in next 3-4 years.

Adeel Bhai, I purchased a plot in Fazaia 16 months ago. I received my allotment letter, but have not heard anything from FAZAIA since then. Do you know if Fazaia has imposed any additional charges or has there been any correspondance from Fazaia in last 16 months?

The reason I am asking is because mail delivery system in pakistan is not reliable. Due to the same fact my plot at one of other housing society was almost canceled because mail did not reacing me. I am an oversease pakistani and can't really go to Fazia office for this reason. Appreciate your help on this regard.

Dear Overseas

If you are able to download the newsletter from above link, the last page has got telephone contact of Islamabad offices managing Fazaia. Try contacting them in working hours for your updates. As far as I know,

(a) There are no additional development charges
(b) Blocks have been re-named
(c) Plots / streets have been re-numbered (But no change in on-ground location of 99% owners)

You should expect a new allotment letter with revised plot / street/ block no from Fazaia through mail.

Regards

Adeel Bhai, Thanks for a quick response. I was able to download and I do see the phone number. I will use that number to contact them in the future.

If you are an owner of plot in Fazaia, have you received any revised allotment letter from Fazaia? If you have received, then may be I should contact Fazaia to get my revised allotment letter, as I have not received anything from Fazaia.
