It is developed but not nicely, The things are not functional but if you take plot near main Road, you can pull electric connection bore your own water, Still no population there, Price was about 14 lac for Kanal a year ago it should be about 11 to 10 in current market sentiment.
Although you will get plot on ground here but to me there is still no residentail potential the problem is mainly distance 15 KM from Thokat and 30 KM from mall road. And no Population in 5,7 KM radius.
If you are lover of such an investment then explore central park possession area, the price can be about 2,3 lac more but development is better and Freozepur Road have more Traffic than Raiwind Road and a bigger Road, Distance is almost same.
NFC2 is even better investment almost same distance but there no developmet yet, To me development and possession in Chanar Bagh or Central park has no meaning as no one can live there except in day time. |
