Dear Mr. CMY,
What is DHA 7 Allocation? Are these files for phase 7? Where it will be located? In the same area as phase7?
What about Phase5 Extension allocation? Where will be the location for it in the near future and how much extra amount we have to pay in terms of development charges etc etc.

Dear brother Nadeem,
Pls. donot come under DHA trap. I purchased before 5 files and it was clealy written that these files are for PHASE 6 EXTENSION. when DHA ballotted phase 7 they put my all files to phase7.
I request my brother CMY and other brother how I can claim this. Shall I write President/Prime minister/Chief Minister Punjab or directly to DHA.
I am very much disappointed from this cheating and burgly act by DHA.
I want to go the higher authorities but donot know how? need advise? |

Mr. Overseas Pakistani. You donot have to go anywhere. This is just FYI that Phase 6 Extension is actually Phase 7. Initially DHA named it Phase 6 Extension but then decided to rename it to Phase 7. When developed there will be no difference b/w 6 and 7. See the map of both 6 and 7 together and you will understand more. Hope this helps. |

I don't understand how come a DHA 6 file is sold at 31.50lacs whrer the price you quoted for DHA 6 allocation is 43lacs before today and now in this post at 34lacs? |

Only couple of files of DHA 6 were sold in past few weeks. Last file before this 31.5 lacs file was sold at 41 lacs at that time. Next file in market is now available only at 34 lacs.
If my frinds agreeI could stop posting rates for these low trading files of DHA 5 6 and 7 or I could keep you updated on what ever is going rate of available rate of these files.
I think guy who bought DHA 6 allocation at just 31.50 lacs is a very lucky guy. He now have chance to get a plot in any developed block of DHA 6 even A B H J K. He will also have option to pay development charges of 9 lacs in next 3 years.

The Question is whenever the balloting will take place only god knows when that will be. Also if a phase 6 file is balloted does that mean owner can build home immediatly. |

dha has issued posation laters to c ext park view,good news for c ext now they can build house there and electric and water avalabale for construction at site |
