Pl pl arrange a plot for Jameel in P, though, I am sure he will not buy. Because he is not here to buy any plot etc. After reading all of his previous post, my conclusion is: 1) he is acting on behalf of some investors, e.g. a year time back he was promoting to Valancia and now a day he is a big fan of P Block of phase 7. No.2) he pork his nose whenever an adv is given for a “sale of house”. Probably, his feeling is that he will get it at half price while practically it is impossible.
May I request to all, pl pl do not give any contrary comments on any post for sale or purchase otherwise, this valueable site will loose its importance. For the education and information of visitors of this site, there are many ways, e.g. CMY is giving daily market rate, many of our expert friends are giving construction cost and rates. One can judge the value of property. More important, buyers are not so ignorent to buy a house without visiting/viewing the property or getting the market rates.
I am writing these lines in the interest of all this site visitors specially overseas Pakistanis as I am visting this site since its commencement. I remember, there were lot of adv from our overseas friends for sale/purchase of houses and plots but now a day, you will rarely see such kind of post. The reason behind is "contrary remarks" by irresponsible people for their vested interest. |
