Saim, if few are sufferers, a lot are gainers also.If someone from the private sector has delivered in the real sense, he is the one.I took a 10 marla plot in Bahria, Sector B for around 4.75 lacs, and worth of that plot today is around 20 lacs.I come from a middle class family, and have spent all of my life in rental houses.Being a salaried person having massive liabilities, i could never have imagined having a house of my own ever in my life.But today i am much satisfied seeing the fantastic development and growing population in that area.I am optimistic that within a year or two i shall be able to cnstruct my own house and start living in one of the matchless localities of Lahore. I have no one else to give credit to other than Malik Riaz after Allah. This is the story of only one individual, there are hundreds and thousands other also who have been benefited the same way.Never speak ill of others, most of the times it is our fate that makes us miserable. |
