I think 30 * 70 is around 60 lac but I will defer this to Mr CMY or some other expert property dealer. I not an expert in latest prices.
I do believe that once completed, the prices of this particular sector will be comparable with F7 - F11 type prices if not better. A big factor will be if CDA complete the Margala road which should link this sector to Faisal Mosque area within 6-8 kilometers of direct road. |

Thank you for this up date. I will appriciate if you write what actual difference you have noticed in your 2nd visit I have seen similar news many time in the past and do not believe them any more. Your seen report is more valued for me.

Will do. Due to EID holidays and the recent rainy days, my relative was not able to go visit there in person. He is supposed to visit the place within a week or so - hopfully before the end of year. I have asked him to see the activity on the premise as I did in person last month. If the latest report from Dec 18th is true then we should see a lot of activity on the ground now. I will certainly update you and all concerned brothers on this site a.s.a.p.
