CMY sahib, Prices of PV files are holding up good. What is the reason behind it. Is it because the last file sold/bought was at 30 lakh, perhaps weeks ago and there has not been any transation since then? If that is the case then prices of PV files may be next to fall when ever next file is sold/bought. |

Dear Consultant about DHA 8 File price, it does not mean all DHA 8 Files are worth 33 lac each, It just means that there is some seller on this level, and moment this file is sold next my be 34 and may be after sale of handful of files price may stablize, Like stock you sould see the Volume. If you see too much buying nad selling at certain price consider it correct price, And when thin trading is going on price can go up and down.
The only thing worrying is not why desparate seller is selling at 33, but why buyers are not responding to those handful of files at such low rates. |
