No doubt you are offering the best buy in this current circumstances but we overseas Pakistani expect the best suggestion as well I remember once you was advising for DHA 8 and your recommendation was whole heartedly as always.

But what did happened later-on when ever you are being asked for the balloting of DHA-8 you have not replied in detail. I believe since you are approved dealer and have good influence in DHA it should not be hard for you to find out the up date on DHA-8

I am still convinced that DHA-8 is best then why one should buy in DHA 6 or 7 . :h

Don't you think, if DHA-8 balloting is announced the prices of the today's best buy plots will drop further :h

May be you are right DHA 8 is better at 33 than 40 when it was 7 months ago, but still some propbem is going that is why DHA is delaying, If plots will be located at promised areas the plot in DHA 8 at 33+12 ie 55 will be just OK, But If it is further delayed, or relocated to some other place or development charges are more than 12 then it will be loss.
If you are prepared to buy a plot in DHA at 55 then DHA 6 at current price will be much better, You can buy in good Block and posession is today, Suppose if after 5 years DHA 8 Just get possession, DHA 6 will have many houses, So even then price of DHA 6 may be more than 8, But Buying is phase 6 you are sre where as in phase still there are many buts and ifs.
But I agree DHA phase 8 price is just OK today it is now matching with DHA 6 and is still 12,13 lac more than average plot of phase 7, I think after ballot DHA 8 Plot will be only 8 to 9 Lac expensive than phase 7 plot. So either DHA 8 will go futher down or phase 7 will come up or both will adjust to narrow the Gap.

sorry for mistake 33+12 is 45, Comparsion of phase 7 and 8 remains same but DHA 6 Good Blocks are expensive than 45, You can get only in lower range Blocks Like C D etc
