Dear CMY and team

The market from what I can tell has slowed down rapidly. Plots are being advertised at prices which would have been thought of a total madness 2-3 months ago. But still there seems to be not much interest even at these ridiculously low priced plots in DHA.

I do not know what the reason behind this is investors should be falling over themselves to purchase plots at low prices. I have seen only a handfull of investors making use of the bargain period, and don't see the usuall bussle in DHA market. DHA is thought of being an elite area but seeing this stagnet market it sure dosent look that way.

Can someone explain this to me and will normality resume quickly to DHA or not.

If you don't know why, then you have not read a single newspaper for the last 6 months !! There is a world-wide recession going on !!! No one has any money and those that do are afraid to spend it. This will last for another 18-24 months. Addtionally, the Pakistani econonmy has all but collapsed and the country it on the verge of a war with India. There is a Pakistani government in power that one one trusts. Bombs are going off weekly inside Pakistan.

The question should not be why the prices of real estate have dropped, but how much further will they drop. The bottom is no where in sight yet !!

"oh yes" is correct of situation in Pakistan, but to add to this is the DEFLATION, most of ppl are waiting to see how low these prices will go and then buy. On the present govt, AZ is an Indian agent and can not be trusted, how ppl can even do business with this govt when there is no trust. He had millions $ in foreign banks, if he can bring his own money, I'm sure Pakistan can breath bit easier, after all that 's all from poor Pakistanis. Not only AZ looted but also other politicians, NS.Benazir n all..

If Zardari is inept and not trust worthy than why whole Pakistan voted for him? He claimed to be the most democratic and poor friendly President of Pakistan.
He is also claime to be fixing chronic problems of Pakistan like changing the name of Islamabad airport, NWFP province, cancelling Kalabagh dam giving Bugti's free hand, declaring india no threat to Pakistan and much more.
He has also prevented the stock exchange from crashing by freezing it and he has also landed with huge loan with IMF when all friendly states denied us.
He is the first person in the world who had raised the picture of his wife and leader of 160 crore awam in UN.
His magical strengths convinced Nawaz league to take part in elections and later vote for him and behave in parliament.

IMO, I attend to agree with you.

I don’t want to comment about his past but his present role is remarkable. There is no doubt about his reconciliation policies. I would like to mention few of them:

- Good working relationship with MQM
- Good working relationship with Pak Army
- Good working relationship with ANP
- Working with Baloches.
- Even trying to work with PML (N)

In Pakistan you cannot make progress economically without political stability.

In all four provinces, politically all the Provincial Govts are sound and stable. I have to give him credit for that.

IMO - whole pakistan never voted for him, he and his allies has a tally of only 2 crore votes to their credit out of total 16 crore population,crappy system.
Hamid - Yes his present role when he says we don't have any threat from india - remarkable.When he says the freedom fighters in kashmir are terrorist - remarkable.Begging loans from here and there - remarkable. Backing out from your written accords - remarkable. Continuing with the same controvercial chief justice - remarkable. Well this is democracy systems, let it flourish then you will see good scanning process. Only good people will get the vote.

You are living in year 2008 or start of 2009. You cannot go back in 1990 when Pakistan was Takaadar whole world Jihad.
Can you tell me what we get it from Afghan so called Jihad? The list is long, but here are few examples:
- Heroin
- Kalashankoof
- Prostitution’
- Bad mouthing of world.
- Fata Mullah’

After 9/11 under the Sufi Leadership, 5000 Fata people went for Afghan Jihad. Some of them were bare feet, no modernized weapon. Most of them got killed. BBC introduced a program called “Baalah Saa Bahara”, I did cry after listening to this program. Please understand the concept of Jihad before you talk about.

In my suggestion, if you real want to do the Jihad then there are a lot of opportunities in Pakistan,

Jihad for Poverty
Jihad for Education
Jihad for former to train them to use advance tech
Jihad for inflation so common people can survive

Note: if you start above mentioned Jihads then my prayers are with you. I will support you from heart.

God forbid me you cannot focus on your prayers with empty stomachs.

Let’s not interface other countries matters with on the name of so called Jihad.

You have to read the history very carefully. I want to give you an example before I wrap up. In Bosnia War, Bosnia Muslims had one major demand, they wanted to have one piece of land with land route.

Normalicy will not return to Pakistan, until and unless Mr. Zardari Sahib, the Honourable President will not rename the country after BAYNAZIR SHAHEED BHUTTO, COUNTRY should be renamed as "NAZIRSTAN" instead of PAKISTAN, Nazistan's national anthem should "JAIY BENZIR SHAHEED JAIY, all cities , all towns all provinces, all provincial headquarters should be named after MoHTRMA BAYNAZIR, all Hospitals, Markets, road, Motorways, Airports, Railway Stations, Graveyards, Canal systems,irrigation systems, Banks, Radio and TV channels,all babies born should be named after Mohtrma Baynazir Shaheed Sahiba. She has been given the chance of becoming shaheed by her most beloved husband, who made all necessary arrangements that she will at all costs become SHAHEED. This can be easily done by our loving and honest president zardari sahib and the property prices will...increase, but what will be his share when the prices see a 80% increase.

Al-humbulilla brother, we have very good check and balance system here but I still miss my country so badly especially at the time of Eids.

Regarding your question about Quran reference, brother my religious knowledge is not very good. I can quote you several references in my favor but I don’t want to go in that direction.

Let me ask you a counter question, is Islam forbid these Jihads? Of course not!

One day I will be back in my homeland and inshallah we will work together to achieve goals.

Brother Hamid, I cannot give Fatwaa, about the Jihad, but we know that the game player is not taliban or mullah.

Game player is "see eye a" MOSAAD & RAA? what they want from us only and only "our nuclear assets" if you hand over them, every body will be a shrief sheri including big mullahs?

Regarding the girls school demolishing, brother the areas you read in news paper, the schools are under threes istead of buildings. so what they demolished? there is no actually buildings for schools, they are living in the huts/tents, they people cannot afford books/penciles, our government is not capable to provide them even drinking water.

Please tell to the canadian / american NGOs to arrange 1st shelters,drinking water, necessary food for their livings.
If some one will live than he will be able to go to the school.
they donot have right to live in the region.

They migrating to KARACHI or other part of the countires.
NATO/USA forces killed million people in IRAQ.

and same killed this region, there is not enough people to fight with USA/NATO and Pakistan Army. they clean the area from young peoples, same as IRAQ?

On some points I dont agree with you. We will talk on these issues in future. There are still a of lot people in SWAT area, brother. You are going compltely different route. By the way, in SWAT there is no foreign troops or etc. Mollah Fazal is a commander and Muslim Khan is his spoken person. If you are good at home then nobody has a courage to think about our N weapon.
