i along 1000 of peoples are trusting on your coments and taking desigens for buying and saling property as you recomended,as you recomended park view and phase 8 1000 of people buyed filed and now waiting for belet but aftter passing more than 6 months no ans comes from dha and now from your side it is also silent now why we dont no ,we stuk in park view ,no belot ,no idea for belot .......
the question is what to do sale it or wait for who long becouse property is going down please coments brifly for your trust |

IF YOU BOUGHT FOR QUICK GAIN YOU MADE A MISTAKE. PROPERTY IS NOT FOR QUICK GAINS. IF YOU BOUGHT FOR LONG TERM THEN HOLD IT FOR FEW YEARS. YOU WILL GET A A GREAT LOCATION DHA PLOT WHICH WILL BE WORTH AT LEAST 80 LAKH. |

Is Park View DHA villas are ready to live. Or when will the possession be givne. Any idea, how is the quality of construction?
Pls also advise about the proces of SHA homes phase V
