In my opinion, it is very long term investment. It all depends on DHAI management, how fast they can hand over the developed plots but your investment is safe and sound.

From this website, I heard from others that DHAI management could not deliver DHAI-EXT-2 plots in promised time. I believe that people are still waiting for handover date for DHAI-EXT2 plots. I do have some investments in DHA Valley but I can hold it for long period of time.

Asad bhai, DHA Valley is just jungal at this moment, untill know the value is same what you are paying to DHAI. Please wait for development and inshallah you will get good profit or inshallah no loss.

i read in news papers that 6 line express way to DHA Valley / Phase-2 Extension in process and its good sign, you have 3.5 years to pay the installment, i hope after 1 year more good news will come.
